Our support & programmes
Practical support for real life.
MINDSET combines conversation, learning and community activity to help men feel more connected, capable and resilient.

01 · Peer support groups
Connect, share, be heard.
Facilitated peer support groups are designed to provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where men can connect with others who understand.
Participants will be able to share experiences, listen, learn and offer mutual support in a setting focused on camaraderie, respect and reducing isolation. MINDSET intends to offer both online and in-person formats as capacity grows.

03 · Online resources & community hub
Your go-to for guidance.
The MINDSET website will grow into a practical hub of trusted information and tools tailored for men.
Planned content includes articles, guides, self-help exercises, signposting, journaling prompts, wellbeing tools and inspiring stories. A community forum is a future feature and is not yet open.

04 · Community events & activities
Beyond the talk: connect & grow.
Holistic wellbeing includes movement, interests, friendship, challenge and simply having somewhere positive to belong.
Activity ideas include action-oriented days such as paintball or airsoft, skill-based sessions such as DIY or photography, social gatherings such as board game nights or pub quizzes, and outdoor activities such as hiking or bouldering.
